In line with the gastronomic prowess of the city, whose fame is well deserved, the Vitoria Restaurant offers recipes of traditional Basque cuisine and a selection of chef’s dishes that let his creativity shine through. We provide our guests with the Sook Menu, an idea that encompasses the concepts of Silken and Cook.
Our cuisine was conceived by Asier Urbina, trained in the kitchens of Akelarre's restaurant by Pedro Subijana, Zaldiaran or Ikea, allowing our guests to enjoy the gastronomic philosophy of this famed master in a friendly and affordable locale.
