The online reservation service is intended for booking your accommodation in one of the hotels in our chain. The use of this service will imply full and unconditional acceptance of each and every one of the general conditions contained in the latest updated version of these reservation conditions, or those you must accept for each specific accommodation.
Booking process:
To make a reservation through this site, you must follow the following steps:
1. Choice of destination / accommodation.
2. Enter the check-in and check-out dates. If you have one, enter a promotional code.
3. The available booking options at the designated establishment are displayed, type of room, number of people.
4. Once you have selected the room type and occupancy, you may proceed to choose any extras the establishment may offer you (breakfast, late check-out, parking, and other extras).
5. Once you decide to continue with the booking process, a summary of the selected options will be presented with details of the unit price and total amount including taxes.
6. You will also be informed of the hotel's payment and cancellation policy. Credit card details will be requested as a guarantee of the reservation, along with the option to send comments or extra requests you deem appropriate to forward to the establishment before your arrival.
7. The reservation process is completed by accepting the booking conditions.
8. Confirmation of the reservation will be sent via email. The mentioned email contains the information related to your booking and will serve as proof of the reservation.
The electronic document in which the reservation is formalized will be archived and may be accessible upon appropriate request. In any case, we recommend that you save the confirmation email of your reservation.

Payment:
Payment for the accommodation will be made at the establishment itself.
