These days, flexibility is a valuable asset. That's what we believe in our chain and that's why we allow our guests to make all the changes they need to their bookings. Other than the ability to modify reservation dates without any cost, we also offer the possibility of cancelling the booking completely free of charge if cancelled up to 18 hours before the arrival date at the hotel, with the flexible rate without restrictions.
Because we want our guests' experience in each of our hotels to be as smooth as silk, we have created the Sí by Silken programme which awards benefits and exclusive promotions.
Our programme consists of a points card with which our guests earn up to 5% of the amount of their bill in loyalty points. That way they will earn points for every single stay, which they can later exchange for nights at a hotel or restaurant services, car park stays or spa services.
Among the benefits awarded by our free card, there is the possibility of early check-in, late checkout or room upgrades.
