Silken Hotels makes its Whistleblowing Channel available to you so that you can request information or advice on certain situations, as well as, where appropriate, report situations that may be contrary to the Code of Conduct and the rest of Silken Hotels' internal regulations, in such a way that they may constitute unlawful or criminal acts.
Complaints will be processed by the Compliance Committee. The Compliance Committee is the body responsible for receiving, processing, and resolving complaints.
The Compliance Committee will be dedicated to managing complaints and organizing the investigation. A reinforced duty of confidentiality is established regarding the matters specific to the procedure.
