Ironman Vitoria-Gasteiz is a fast and friendly event thanks to the mild temperatures of northern Spain. Swim: The 3.8 km swim takes place in the calm waters of the Ulibarri-Gamboa Lake, located on the outskirts of Vitoria in the Landa Provincial Park. Athletes face a short run before transitioning to the next segment.
Bike: The 180 km bike course is undoubtedly the most spectacular part of the Ironman Vitoria. This three-lap course takes athletes through the natural landscapes of Vitoria, offering the best views of the region. Additionally, part of the route follows the Camino de Santiago.

The Ironman Vitoria will take place from 8:00 AM to 11:59 PM on July 13, though the start and end times are approximate.
Registration for the 2025 edition is open and can be completed online through the official event website. In-person athlete registration will take place on July 11 and 12 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
On the day of the race, shuttle buses will be available to take participants to the Landa Park, where the swim segment starts.
The awards for Ironman 2025 will be presented in a ceremony at the Palacio de Congresos Europa on July 15 at 12:00 PM.

Registrations for Ironman Vitoria 2025 are now open on the official event website. On July 11 and 12, athletes will also be able to register in person. In both cases, registrations are limited. Given the high demand in previous editions, with up to 2,500 triathletes participating, it is important to register as soon as possible to secure a spot in the race.
Ironman Vitoria 2025 Prices
The general registration fee for Ironman Vitoria Gasteiz 2025 is €733.57, with the option to enhance the experience through the Essential and Premium packs, which cost an additional €311 and €622, respectively.
The registration fee covers event organization, race-day transportation, access to the welcome party and award ceremony, a medal, a t-shirt, a backpack, nutrition during the race, and post-race meals.
All Ironman Vitoria-Gasteiz athletes must be at least 18 years old to register through the official website.
How to Get to Ironman Vitoria
Participants can reach the starting point of Ironman Vitoria at Landa Park via the shuttle buses departing between 5:30 AM and 7:00 AM from various locations in the city center. The bus service is available for both participants and their companions.
On race day, it is not recommended to arrive by car, as there is no parking near the lake, and certain sections of the road will be closed to vehicles for the race.
