The event is already scheduled: from Monday, March 30 to Thursday, April 2, inclusive. A few days during which visitors from all over the world are expected with the aim of discovering the latest trends in the sector.
News from the Salón de Gourmets in Madrid
If last year the event expanded its reach and exhibition space, achieving a growth of almost 20% in the number of visitors surpassing the 100,000 mark, this 2020 the challenges remain just as ambitious. One of them is to significantly increase the number of invited buyers while also facilitating connections with sellers through a new appointment scheduling system. In total, about 2,000 exhibitors are expected to present 45,000 products, 1,300 of which will be new. This 2020 also stands out for the incorporation of two exhibition areas: Organic Exhibition Area, focused on organic products, and the revamped Innovation Area, which will concentrate the gastronomic trends.
