An organised working system supplements the hard work and good will of the team with a method that enables us to set out our tasks and organisation structure in a clear, written format. This method defines each person's responsibilities while contributing to ongoing improvement and consolidating management by processes.
Therefore, and because we understand Quality as an integral part of business management, Silken Hotels has undertaken an ambitious Quality Management project. To date this has resulted in the certification of six of its hotels according to the UNE EN ISO 9001:2008 standard, two of them also qualifying for the Q standard for quality in tourism based on the UNE 182001:2008 standard, overseen by the Instituto para la Calidad Turística Española (ICTE).
