With direct access from the street, Restaurante Los Fueros is the space for cuisine at our hotel in Zaragoza, the Silken Reino de Aragón. Our chef will satisfy the palates of all our guests and customers from outside the hotel. Mediterranean and international recipes cooked with seasonal ingredients.
Bright, quiet and with a reserved area, ideal for enjoying cuisine adapted to our times without losing any of the quality, care and attention in each of our dishes. To whet your appetite, you can select one of our delicious aperitifs and then accompany it with one of the select and varied dishes of our Silken Bistro. It serves local and international market cuisine recipes made using seasonal products.
On the other hand, next to the restaurant is the cafeteria, ideal for tasting a selection of tapas, snacks and sandwiches. It is an ideal place for a pleasant conversation accompanied by tea or coffee.
