The Lágrimas Negras restaurant has been designed by the French interior designer Christian Liaigre and is situated on the ground floor of the Silken Puerta América. It gastronomy has been renewed by the director Raúl Cabrera and the chef Juan Carlos Delle Vedove. The latter assumes the functions of head chef, while Cabrera assumes the management role of Silken's flagship restaurant.
The menu of the Lágrimas Negras is inspired by the dishes created by Martín Berasategui, with whom Cabrera and Delle Vedove have worked in the Lasarte and the Kursaal, with three and one Michelin stars, respectively. Each proposal is accompanied by the date on which the renowned Basque chef, who has seven Michelin stars, created each of the dishes. The menu places importance on the product and their season with dishes from the Lasarte but updated for the Lágrimas Negras restaurant.
Cuisine diners can personalize with the recommendation of a perfect wine for each dish, selected from the wine cellar at the Lágrimas Negras, given the Wine Spectator award on many occasions. And all this combined with the excellence and quality service given to diners by the maître, Rafael Lomas.

Designed by Christian Liaigre, the MAD Restaurant recreates an atmosphere full of light and colour to organize private lunches or dinners. The room is located on the mezzanine floor of the hotel and has a capacity for up to 120 diners.

It serves an extensive buffet breakfast every morning, consisting of a wide selection of Iberian cold meats, vegetables, eggs, sausages, cheeses, fruit, juices, yogurt, natural milkshakes, jams and handmade buns and pastries.
Sundays are special at the MAD restaurant thanks to its lunches and dinners.
Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 11:00.

Every first Sunday of the month our hotel on Avenida de América offers a selection of cuisine in a buffet designed for the whole family. Adults can enjoy various attractive starters such as sushi, creams, paellas, Iberian cold meats or smoked food. Second course includes a selection of seafood, fish and meat. Children can enjoy pasta dishes, hot dogs, hamburgers or exquisite cakes prepared by our master confectioner.
The buffet is open from 13:30 to 16:30 and has cutlery, special plates and high chairs for the little ones.
For a price of €40 for adults, €20 euros for children aged 6 to 12 and free for children under 5, the “Family Sunday" buffet is one of the best ways to enjoy a Sunday with children in Madrid.
