It was a great location with nice views of the city. What made our stay quite memorable was how accommodating and friendly the staff were, especially Antonio from Italy,  Antonio from Spain, and Mauricio. Antonio always greeted us in the mornings and asked about our day in the evenings. We will never forget you, Antonio. Sorry we didn't get to see you before we left early Sunday morning. The hotel is clean as well as the rooms. The room was very comfortable and we had such a beautiful view. We rented bicycles every day and it was such fun and good way to see the city. We didn\u2019t use the restaurant but the roof top bar and swimming pool was excellent. During the night it started raining and these wings's engines (it seemed they are were located in my room) started working - and thus making noise- the whole night, very annoying. \r\n\r\nIf you take a room with double bed you will not have a view on sagrada familia or torre agbar, on the side of the hotel with the view on torre agbar the rooms are only twins, unfortunately. \r\n\r\nFor the rest very good hotel and very helpful staff. The Metro system also provides access to the railway network too.  There are also tram and bus stops within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel front door.\r\n\r\nFinding the hotel underground car park caused a bit of problem the day we arrived.  Parking is also 18 Euros per day.  I left the car at the hotel and used the excellent public transport system instead.\r\n\r\nClean room and well laid out.  No coat hooks or pegs however, even in the bathroom, so outdoor jackets will have to be hung in the wardrobe.\r\n\r\nThe front-line staff at the reception and the dining room could look happier, and try smiling at the guests occasionally. We have been travelling a lot and always staying at 4 och 5 star Hotels. Two things that we though about that we found a bit chocking was that the comfort rooms did not have any robes and slippers! And the second thing was the parking and the fruit plate we orderd wasent served until we reminded the staff. About the parking the staff asked us to pay when we had already paied so we had to point out that we paied in advance. Beautiful lobby, super modern lifts, great room, bathroom, towels, storage. Also, beautiful choice of colors, we love the carpet and the automatic curtains. We must also give kudos to the housekeeping staff did an excellent job during our stay. Although not a hotel located in the center of town, offers excellent access routes that allow people to know the heart of the city and reach the center within minutes. Still, the hotel stands beside a very beautiful outdoor mall that includes a Carrefour and a Starbucks, very handy for breakfast and for little things such as water.
