Hotel Silken Diagonal Barcelona: About the hotel

The Hotel Diagonal Barcelona, inaugurated in 2004, stands out for a modern architecture and its interior design. Barcelona architect Juli Capella, was responsible for the hotel’s design, including the imaginative play of black and white contrasts on its façade.

Its exceptional location is another of the hotel’s main attractions, next to the impressive Agbar Tower. The newest skyscraper in this dynamic, cultural, Mediterranean city, it is the work of Jean Nouvel, one of today’s greatest architects.
