Quality of Service Cleanliness Room Comfort Staff’s Attentiveness Restaurant It was great to see that you were doing a new paint job on the hotel, but the general cleanliness of the floors in both the room and the lobby area was not good. Lots, and lots of dust, dander behind doors and between nightstands and walls. The lobby area rug was VERY dirty! This was a great location and the staff was very nice….a good spring cleaning is in order though!

Quality of Service Cleanliness Room Comfort Staff’s Attentiveness Restaurant Hotel is perfectly located, just 2 metrostops away from the city-centre. Staff very friendly en helpfull. Breakfast is delicious and there is a wide choice of warm en cold products. Room is clean en spacious.

Quality of Service Cleanliness Room Comfort Staff’s Attentiveness Restaurant Todo muy bien en términos general aunque sí es cierto que esperaba una habitación “Comfort” más amplia, no sé cómo será la basic, igual la amplitud se refería al baño. También apuntar que incluso estando en la 6ª planta la ventana no insonoriza nada y sería un punto a arreglar. Gracias

Quality of Service Cleanliness Room Comfort Staff’s Attentiveness Restaurant Era lo que buscaba por su cercanía a las jornadas sitas en la casa del mar, me hicieron un gran favor guardándome las maletas hasta la tarde. Habitacíón y aseo en perfecto estado. Lo recomiendo por su cercanía al Raval, al Poble sec, Las Ramblas… Volvería sin pensarlo.

Quality of Service Cleanliness Room Comfort Staff’s Attentiveness Restaurant La habitación y el hotel en general confortable y con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Las habitaciones limpias y con detalles. El desayuno también bueno. Muy cómodo la situación del parking dentro del mismo edificio del hotel. Valorable el que la parada de metro esté justo en la puerta del hotel.
