El hotel goza de muy buenas instalaciones y de un personal muy amable y acogedor. Las habitaciones son amplias y se encuentran en muy buen estado. Los únicos peros según mi parecer, son los colchones de las camas y la televisión (mala calidad de imagen), que no se encuentran a la altura de un buen 4*. Gracias por elegir el Hotel Silken Al Andalus para su estancia en Sevilla. Sus comentarios positivos son muy apreciados, pero lamentamos que su estancia, no haya sido del todo satisfactoria. Agradecemos su aportación para ayudarnos a mejorar nuestro servicio. Confiamos en verle de nuevo!.

We were very pleased with everything! We were very impressed with the attentiveness of all the staff especially those in reception, the cafeteria and in the breakfast restaurant. It would have been even better if there was the option of the Italica restaurant as well as the Rocio cafeteria, as both were available at this time last year. We look forward to returning next year. Our Convention Centre is formed of 21 modular rooms, which allows the celebration of any type of event in it and offers all kinds of options depending on preferences and needs, regardless of the peculiarities of the event.

Variety and multifunctionality define our premises. This is the case of our seven financial rooms each of which can hold up to 30 people.

We must mention the magnificence of Salón Descubrimiento with a capacity of 1,100 people, if “theatre” style setup is chosen, and of 500 if the choice is “schoolroom” setup. Also known as the Plenary Room, the Descubrimiento can be divided into eight subcommittees, which permits the recreation of different settings in the same space.

As a support for the Plenary Room, there are the Mallorca and Ibiza rooms, surrounded by gardens and natural light. Both have a capacity of 1,000 people in theatre style setup and 600 in schoolroom setup.

All that is completed with the provision of the most advanced service as far as audiovisual technology is concerned: ADSL lines, Business Centre service, electrical power with more than 81,000 w. All of it will be supervised by a team specialised in event organisation and management.
