   I really enjoyed my stay in Sevilla. The facilities were am amazing and the staff was great. I will consider Silken Hotels in the future for all of my stays in Spain. Muchas gracias

   very nice hotel, nice room even if confort room,
   nice prices.
   Very Nice smile from houssekeeping.
   Efficient and smily staff at the restaurant, snack…

   But receptionists(most of them) : NO SMILE AT ALL
   Looking the computer without having any eye on any customer…

   I’ve had a check’in where the receptionist took the ID and never talked about anything(services, restaurants, opening hours, LIFT!!!)

   He started to look at us just to give us the key!!!
   A machine do the same…

   To finish, i have to say we had a very nice and pleasant stay and your hotel is good to live …

   El personal que tienen en recepción deja bastante que desear en lo que a amabilidad se refiere, en la reserva que hice me indicaba que podria entrar en la habitacion a partir de las 14´00, llegamos a esa hora y me tuvieron media hora esperando en la puerta por que me decian que no estaba lista la habitacion, imaginense lo que es esperar media hora en la puerta despues de un largo viaje cuando vas con niños pequeños, por cierto, todavia estamos esperando las disculpas del personal que nos atendio en recepcion por este hecho, ademas de algunas respuestas que rayan lo descortés por parte de dicho personal, echamos en falta algun tipo de animación para los niños, por lo demas bastante bien, gracias.
