Servicio Limpieza Confort de la Habitación Amabilidad del Personal Restauración We really enjoyed our stay at the Gran Havana. Only one negative point is that you can hear every noise of the adjoining rooms.
We didn’t use the restaurant but there is no category “did not use”. -

Ne peut note la restauration car nous n’y sommes pas aller.

La comida en el restaurante es riquísima!! Bravo al Chef!!
I would possibly return to this hotel although I thought the price was quite high; There is very little sound-proofing and since my room was near the elevator, I could hear people talking as they got on and off; I could also hear people in the adjacent room as well as above.
However, I would return to the restaurant even if I wasn’t staying there! The food was absolutely wonderful. -

Servicio Limpieza Confort de la Habitación Amabilidad del Personal Restauración I used this hotel twice last year and it was excellent and this year having just returned it was also excellent, staff polite and helpful, can’t comment on the restaurant as we did not use it, located in an ideal location within easy walking to the main attractions and a taxi rank actually outside the Hotel door. in my room 200 we were unable to use the Kettle as the cable was too short and would have meant holding it up while it heated, however that may have been my fault and there may well have been a socket outlet else where in the room for it, but that was the only minor thing, and as I was not that worried did not ask anyone, they serve great coffee & Tea down stairs in the lounge so we just used that.The question has to be, Will I use this Hotel again, a definite YES YES.

Servicio Limpieza Confort de la Habitación Amabilidad del Personal Restauración We have not tried the restaurant. We are very satisfied with the hotel. We were in room 520 so the only not nice thing was the view on the wall.
