I really liked this hotel. Beautiful building, the room are clean and good designed. All the personal speak good english and is kind. I spek italian and in the reception there were a girl really kind and sweet that speaks italian too. She helped us giving us good information (for instance in wich paella restaurant go). The breakfast is really good, there is a lot to eat. The rooftop with swimmingpool and sauna is beautiful, it's a pity that in this day was too much cold to swim. The position is good because in the centre. (10 minutes to Plaza de Catalunya) I really recommend this hotel.

Afternoon shift male desk agent - working at the front desk on Thursday and Friday, March 14 and 15, with blonde curly hair.
I left my wallet in a taxi; he was very helpful to me in making arrangements to pay our bill; providing breakfast when we departed at 3 AM. I appreciate his help - Thank You -

Hotel location is excellent. Rooms are very average. Had to change my room as the first one allocated was like a rabbit hutch! very small.
Staff - reception (female) really needs customer service training - as does the VERY miserable bar tender.Had the barman been more friendly we would have stayed in the bar longer - you lost revenue on a number of occasions and i'm sure we are not the first people to experience this. Perhaps they should visit Dubai hotels to see what customer service is.
I think you staff forgot that your clients pay their salaries!
