I really liked this hotel. Beautiful building, the room are clean and good designed. All the personal speak good english and is kind. I spek italian and in the reception there were a girl really kind and sweet that speaks italian too. She helped us giving us good information (for instance in wich paella restaurant go). The breakfast is really good, there is a lot to eat. The rooftop with swimmingpool and sauna is beautiful, it's a pity that in this day was too much cold to swim. The position is good because in the centre. (10 minutes to Plaza de Catalunya) I really recommend this hotel. Dear client, We are very porud to know our service was up to par your expectations. We hope to welcome you back very son!

quite late check-in - and cold shower anything else fine.. Afternoon shift male desk agent - working at the front desk on Thursday and Friday, March 14 and 15, with blonde curly hair. I left my wallet in a taxi; he was very helpful to me in making arrangements to pay our bill; providing breakfast when we departed at 3 AM. I appreciate his help - Thank You -

Hotel location is excellent. Rooms are very average. Had to change my room as the first one allocated was like a rabbit hutch! very small. Staff - reception (female) really needs customer service training - as does the VERY miserable bar tender.Had the barman been more friendly we would have stayed in the bar longer - you lost revenue on a number of occasions and i'm sure we are not the first people to experience this. Perhaps they should visit Dubai hotels to see what customer service is. I think you staff forgot that your clients pay their salaries!

Piscine et sauna: Silken Gran Hotel Havana

Le septième et dernier étage de l’hôtel, qui est situé au cœur de la ville et offre des vues splendides sur le Tibidabo, est aménagé comme un espace réservé exclusivement aux loisirs et à la relaxation. Il invite ses hôtes à jouir d’une piscine extérieure et d’un solarium, et de goûter au plaisir d’un moment de détente dans le sauna, situé à côté de la piscine.

Tous les jours entre 10 h et 20 h, les clients de l’hôtel sont invités à se détendre dans cet espace privilégié, prendre un bain dans la piscine, bronzer au soleil de Barcelone ou se relaxer dans le sauna aménagé dans une nouvelle salle.

*Pour l’entretien des installations ou des événements privés, la piscine et le bar de la terrasse mai occasionnellement être fermées au public.
