I really liked this hotel. Beautiful building, the room are clean and good designed. All the personal speak good english and is kind. I spek italian and in the reception there were a girl really kind and sweet that speaks italian too. She helped us giving us good information (for instance in wich paella restaurant go). The breakfast is really good, there is a lot to eat. The rooftop with swimmingpool and sauna is beautiful, it's a pity that in this day was too much cold to swim. The position is good because in the centre. (10 minutes to Plaza de Catalunya) I really recommend this hotel. Dear client, We are very porud to know our service was up to par your expectations. We hope to welcome you back very son!

quite late check-in - and cold shower anything else fine.. Afternoon shift male desk agent - working at the front desk on Thursday and Friday, March 14 and 15, with blonde curly hair. I left my wallet in a taxi; he was very helpful to me in making arrangements to pay our bill; providing breakfast when we departed at 3 AM. I appreciate his help - Thank You -

Hotel location is excellent. Rooms are very average. Had to change my room as the first one allocated was like a rabbit hutch! very small. Staff - reception (female) really needs customer service training - as does the VERY miserable bar tender.Had the barman been more friendly we would have stayed in the bar longer - you lost revenue on a number of occasions and i'm sure we are not the first people to experience this. Perhaps they should visit Dubai hotels to see what customer service is. I think you staff forgot that your clients pay their salaries!

Cómo llegar al Hotel: Silken Gran Hotel Havana

El hotel está en el corazón de Barcelona, por lo que tiene muy fácil acceso desde cualquier punto de llegada, ya sea el aeropuerto, la estación marítima o la estación de trenes.

Desde el aeropuerto se tarda aproximadamente 20 minutos en llegar, y el coste del taxi es de unos 30 €, incluyendo una maleta.

Si toma el tren o el autobús desde el aeropuerto, debe bajar en plaza Cataluña.

Las estaciones de Metro más próximas son Girona (línea 4 de color amarillo)  Tetuán (línea 2 de color violeta) y Paseo de Gracia ( Linea 3 verde)

La estación central de autobuses más próxima es Estació del Nord.

En coche:

Desde el norte (Girona): Si viene por la Ap-7 y siga dirección Barcelona Centre. Llegará usted a la calle Aragón, donde al llegar a la calle Bruc debe girar a la izquierda. El parking del hotel está situado en esta calle, a unos pocos metros de la esquina con Gran Vía, a mano izquierda.

Desde el sur (Lleida-Tarragona): Viene usted de la Ap-7 y debe tomar la dirección Barcelona-Gran Vía. Entrará usted por Gran Vía y debe seguir siempre recto. El hotel lo encontrará a mano izquierda, a dos manzanas del paseo de Gracia. Para dejar su coche en el parking, debe pasar el hotel de largo y girar a la izquierda en el primer cruce (Calle Girona), otra vez a la izquierda (Calle Diputación), y la primera, de nuevo a la izquierda (C/ Bruc). Nuestro parking está situado en esta calle a mano izquierda, a escasos metros de la esquina con Gran Vía.
