Thank you so much for the great service. We had a great last night in Barcelona and your staff really helped in making it a great experience. We had been in Barcelona for a a few days prior to our stay with you and stayed in avert average hotel that claimed to also be a four star property. From the bell boy, who was amazing to the roof top pool and you're wonderful rooms it was an fantastic experience and I wish we had have stayed with you the entire time we were on Barcelona. We really enjoyed our stay at the Gran Havana. Only one negative point is that you can hear every noise of the adjoining rooms. We didn't use the restaurant but there is no category "did not use".

Hotel exellent,personnel courtois et disponnible,proche du centre de barcelone. Ne peut note la restauration car nous n'y sommes pas aller. Cordialement

muy confortable; un poco ruidoso. La comida en el restaurante es riquísima!! Bravo al Chef!! I would possibly return to this hotel although I thought the price was quite high; There is very little sound-proofing and since my room was near the elevator, I could hear people talking as they got on and off; I could also hear people in the adjacent room as well as above. However, I would return to the restaurant even if I wasn't staying there! The food was absolutely wonderful.
