few thinks to improve (to repair) in the bathroom. and more french chanels on TV or TV that can permit to have subtitles. Why the shop was closed ? But very nice hotel and great stay ! best regards.

He tenido una estancia excelente en su Hotel de Bilbao. Tengo una mención especial para Jesús de la Cafeteria ubicada en la planta baja, donde hemos desayunado todos los dias y almorzado algún que otro dia. Saludos cordiales. Samuel Gonell Xairó
