Hotel Silken Al-Andalus Palace Sevilla

Our Convention Centre is formed of 21 modular rooms, which allows the celebration of any type of event in it and offers all kinds of options depending on preferences and needs, regardless of the peculiarities of the event.

Variety and multifunctionality define our premises. This is the case of our seven financial rooms each of which can hold up to 30 people.

We must mention the magnificence of Salón Descubrimiento with a capacity of 1,100 people, if “theatre” style setup is chosen, and of 500 if the choice is “schoolroom” setup. Also known as the Plenary Room, the Descubrimiento can be divided into eight subcommittees, which permits the recreation of different settings in the same space.

As a support for the Plenary Room, there are the Mallorca and Ibiza rooms, surrounded by gardens and natural light. Both have a capacity of 1,000 people in theatre style setup and 600 in schoolroom setup.

All that is completed with the provision of the most advanced service as far as audiovisual technology is concerned: ADSL lines, Business Centre service, electrical power with more than 81,000 w. All of it will be supervised by a team specialised in event organisation and management.

Hotel Silken Villa de Avilés

The modular structure of the Hotel's three public rooms, the Rechalda, the Sabugo and the Florida, gives the option of combining them into one large space. Their ground-floor setting overlooking a quiet pedestrianised street means they have plenty of natural light. With audiovisual equipment for business meetings, conventions or family celebrations, they are also ideal for weddings, where our long experience and trained staff ensure no detail is left unattended.

Hotel Silken St.Gervasi Barcelona

The hotel has two public rooms, the Albatros Room and the Garden Room. The Albatros can accommodate between 20 and 110 guests, depending on the type of event. It runs along 15 metres of the hotel's front façade and so enjoys splendid natural lighting, The elegant and welcoming Garden Room can cater for between 50 and 110, and opens directly onto the garden. Both public rooms have modern audiovisual equipment, Broadband WI-FI connection and can supply a choice of catering options.

On the ground floor of the hotel and with a separate entrance are the Madrid, Paris, London, Lisbon, Vienna, Monaco and Rome lounges. These seven public rooms can be either hired separately, or their modular structure means they can be combined, depending on the accommodation each customer requires. All seven can be joined together into the large Europe Lounge, with capacity for 1,200 guests. The Asturias Room is on the sixth floor.

We provide five modular public rooms of varying sizes and two small private rooms equipped with all the resources required for organising any social or business event. Located on the hotel’s main floor, they can accommodate up to a total of 400 guests.

Our public rooms have natural light, Kubiwireless high-speed wireless Internet, ISDN lines and audiovisual equipment. On prior request, we can arrange to have teams of hostesses, interpreters or simultaneous translation facilities. We also supply free writing materials, flipchart and water.

There is a wide range of menus for business lunches in our private rooms.

The Hotel Silken Puerta América Madrid has 950 square metres of space divided between 5 flexible public rooms that can host a range of functions for anything up to 900 people. The main features of our event and convention rooms are minimalism, spaciousness and purity of lines, as designed by John Pawson. Each of the 5 rooms can be extended to 190 metres, and used separately or combined to achieve the ideal dimensions to accommodate their guests. These 3.70 metre-high rooms are equipped with the latest technical and audiovisual systems, and have natural light if required.

In summer, all rooms have the use of the hotel’s magnificent “Terrace”, for coffee breaks, reception cocktails or other services as required.

On the fifth floor, please choose among the appealing names that Victorio & Lucchino, Andalusian Couturiers, have suggested for these public rooms. Eleven names for eleven exclusive, elegant and welcoming spaces. Eleven rooms with the possibility of enjoying or dimming the natural light. These are our V&L Black and V&L Silver public rooms.
