The Piano restaurant, besides being a charming area, which is outstanding attention to detail and with access to a terrace, offering two of the best cuisines of Spain: the Basque and Catalonian which is added the fresh market cuisine. Our chef, Jon Irigoyen, has drafted a Menu in which creativity and tradition come together to offer a modern gastronomy, without excess, which can find their own recipes and others selected from the best of the Catalonian and Basque cuisines. To have breakfast while hearing the sound of water in our patios, to have a drink in our gardens and by the swimming-pools, to try the tempting menus created by our chefs in the Italica Restaurant or the exclusive Palace Restaurant where the sense of taste is the king of senses. What would you like to have?

Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant. The buffet service offers hot and cold dishes, designed to top up your energy ready for an exhausting day's skiing. In the evening dinner is also served here, again with buffet service.

The El Galeote restaurant and the hotel's café share the same luminous space. Diners will be tempted to linger on after their meal in the modern, comfortable 34-seat restaurant. The menu combines dishes featuring the rich local cuisine with more modern confections.

The hotel's bright restaurant accommodates 40 diners. Tables are discreetly spaced to ensure an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. At mid-day, guests are offered a menu of the day, while evening service is à la carte. But it is not just the quality of its cuisine, a happy mix of traditional and modern styles, that makes this restaurant so charming. You will also be intrigued by details like the unusual table decorations, renewed every day and created by the maître himself from recycled materials. The restaurant's heterogeneous and select clientele. including both hotel guests and local clients, is another of its special attractions.

Our restaurant has an attractive choice of cuisine including a wide selection of Mediterranean and international dishes, all distinguished by our chef’s immaculate preparation and presentation.

Lunch and dinner is served from 13.30 to 23.00 h. Open to the general public.

The restaurant serves the hotel’s tasty full buffet breakfast between 7.30 and 11.00 h.

You can choose from a great variety of fresh fruit, pastries and hot and cold dishes, also our delicious slimmers section.

Our Grand Place restaurant is open every day of the year. It offers tasty seasonal menus featuring our traditional "arroz marinero" (fisherman's rice).

There is a Menu de Dégustation with original dishes based on the latest trends in Catalan cuisine.(53,50 € VAT included).

We also do a menu of the day at a very accessible price (28€ VAT included).

Buffet breakfast

Every day we prepare you a full buffet-breakfast, served between 7.00 and 10.30 h., including a varied selection of pastries, fresh fruit and a range of hot and cold dishes.

If you prefer, you can opt for the dieter's buffet-breakfast.

Mediterranean cuisine predominates on the menu of our restaurant, with its selection of dishes made to traditional recipes and others our chef has fine-tuned to suit the modern palate. A menu of the day is always available. The restaurant shares its space with the cafe, where the buffet breakfast is served, including a special diet corner for guests with diabetes. The cafe also has a choice of hot and cold dishes available until 23 h. at night.

The taste for the essential that expresses Beltz the Black's minimalist scenography is transmitted to the food, where the prime material is the character. Eating in the Basque country is serious, that's why the kitchen is sat upon solid pillars, forged with intelligence and imagination. Our restaurant pays homage to the fame of Basque cuisine, one of the most prestigious in the world. The exquisite dishes of traditional Basque cuisine, characterised by their simple preparation and the quality of their ingredients share our menu with more innovative and creative recipes. For informal meals it offers a marvellous buffet.

The L'Objectif Restaurant is the perfect place for a business lunch, an intimate dinner or for snatching a quick bite. With capacity for 95 diners, it is set out in several separate areas sharing the same pleasant atmosphere. The cuisine of Yves Legros lets you choose between the Brasserie menu and the hotel's gastronomic specialities; regional recipes and international dishes; creative and more classical cuisine.

Every three weeks, our chef creates a series of dishes to introduce a seasonal product, or inspired by the regional cuisine of a different country throughout the world.

Its fine-tuned cuisine is complemented by the avant-garde design of its interiors and some magnificent views over the garden, all going to make L'Objectif a place to delight all five of your senses!

The Alfonso X restaurant, on the second floor, offers a menu of the day and a select à la carte menu, where our chef includes both traditional La Mancha dishes and his own exclusive recipes.

The cuisine at the La Cala Restaurant, accommodating 220 diners, takes full advantage of the fine local ingredients to create traditional dishes and recipes adapted for the contemporary palate. The quality cuisine and service are complemented by a beautiful setting, particularly in the summer months, where you can sample the restaurant's specialities on the terrace overlooking the sea, next to the swimming pool and in the shade of the garden's magnificent Mediterranean pines. Our buffet restaurant offers a full and varied choice of dishes, with the additional option of choosing from our new À la Carte menu. During the winter season the restaurant is closed and only buffet breakfast is served.

The Gala Restaurant is set in a diaphanous and luminous space. Decorated in modern style, it has comfortable furniture that will tempt you to linger over your after-dinner coffee. with accommodation for 55 diners, it offers a chef’s menu from Monday to Friday and a delicious à la carte menu combining recipes from the rich local cuisine with dishes in more modern styles.

The restaurant has a sober but welcoming decoration. Its tempting menu is constantly adapted to keep it up to date with the latest gastronomic trends. With the premise we like good food it gives that personal touch to all its dishes. Traditional cuisine is combined with newer styles, introduced with discretion to maintain a balanced, varied and harmonious menu. Our careful and select wine list offers a wide selection of the best Denominations of Origin.

Our restaurant is open every mid-day from 13.30 to 16 h, and is particularly appreciated by guests wishing to relax over lunch in the hotel instead of having to go out. In summer we open our Terraza Aire terrace so you can have dinner or enjoy a drink in the open air. The terrace can also be used for banquets for up to 125 guests.

Our grillroom restaurant La Orza is open every day of the year from 13.30 to 16 h. and 20.30 to 24 h. Here you will find interesting and varied seasonal menus in which we always include our chef's recommended dishes of the day.

Our restaurant, Taula, serves tasty and succulent dishes that span the traditional and designer styles of cuisine.

Our Head Chef, Thierry le Baut, one of the most prestigious professionals in the country, has designed a creative menu where you will find a "fusion" version of haute cuisine influenced by both Basque and Mediterranean gastronomy.

The great speciality of Las Coronas is rice, of which there is a vast and succulent variety. In 2003 our chef carried off first prize in the International Rice Competition held in Sueca (Valencia). Its menu includes recipes showcasing the excellent products from Murcia's market gardens and shores, the foundations of a creative cuisine where tradition and modernism combine in perfect harmony.

The El Monumental restaurant, seating 35, has a well-earned three forks award and offers superb cuisine. Its inspired menu gives you a choice of traditional specialities or international dishes. Every Wednesday the Monumental hosts a sampling menu of typical Asturian dishes, outstanding for the quality of the local ingredients. You can find the menu on our website. We have special food available por celiacs. The air-conditioned restaurant's avant-garde interior features an unusual skylight that provides a pleasant natural ambience.

Before taking your seat in the Plaza Restaurant, we recommend you to visit our cafe and enjoy one of the most Donostiarro (San Sebastian) traditions: an aperitif in the form of "pintxos", these creative and tasty kebab-shaped mini-meals.
