All the Hotel Silken Ramblas ’s public spaces are open to Barcelona residents, giving them a particularly agreeable mix of cosmopolitan and local ambience. If you go through the large lobby, presided over by a magnificent antique lamp, you will discover The Klub bar, with its highly individual contemporary style, featuring antique railings rescued from the Cantabrian coast. Two styles, perfectly combined in a single space. An ideal place to enjoy a coffee or a drink before turning in, with the feel of city life going on around you.

In the La Cúpula piano-bar, set in the spectacular atrium under the skylight that presides over the hotel, you can enjoy live music every day from 20 to 21 h.

The Silken Gran Hotel Havana has a new project that will appeal to music-loving guests. On Fridays and Saturdays, between 19:30 and 21:30 h, we offer a concert of swing music to enjoy while you relax over one of our international cocktails.

Every week a different trio of national or international musicians will combine different styles to recreate the ambience of a New Orleans Jazz Club.

Its interiorism is a homage to Bauhaus and the designers who stood out in the 20's of the 20th Century. This is why it's expressed in black and white and uses stainless steel, a material that reflects the trust in new technology that moved them. The crystallised closing turns into an open view of the urban street with the Guggenheim in full view. The neighbourhood of the museum reassures an atmosphere and a cosmopolitan audience. Red and white characterises its interior. The colours evoke the passion and purity that were necessary to believe in the ideals that were forged in the 70's, the epoch that inspired its decoration. This is a place thought out so one can express themselves openly over a good drink, listening to good music and enjoying a good late night atmosphere. Our bar, modelled on the famous English clubs, also offers good cocktails and "combinados", live music daily and special performances at weekends.

If you’re looking for an informal meal, try the menu of the day or our tasty traditional "pintxos" (kebabs). The Indautxu cafe is open all day up to ten in the evening (12 midnight at weekends).

In the elegant and comfortable The News bar you can take a moment to admire some work of famous photographers , while sipping an exotic cocktail or one of the famous Belgian beers in our Bar “The News”.

From eight in the morning through to midnight, guests can use our cafe, located in a particularly luminous spot of the Hotel Ciudad Gijón. A friendly and efficient service greets you, helping to make your stay in our hotel as pleasant as possible. You can enjoy a snack, a coffee or an aperitif throughout the day right up to midnight.

In the Torre Garden's intimate bar with its coffee machine, guests can enjoy a snack, a drink or just a coffee. It is open all day long, from 8 in the morning through to 12 midnight

To wind down after the stresses of the day we suggest a visit to our Piano Bar. A space where you can relax over a drink in a pleasant atmosphere with good music, from eight in the evening to late (open through to two in the morning).

This sophisticated venue offers a diverse list of premium spirits and cocktails. Popular with the glamorous local and international celebrities, and guests of the hotel, Marmo Bar is perfect for an evening drink or a glamorous all-night party.

Its huge glass doors make sure the whole bar is visible right from reception. A very American concept: to see and be seen. This is a welcoming and modern place to relax. The first feature you will note is its height, visually extended by 400 wafer-thin aluminium profiles almost seven metres high, set five centimetres apart. The way they are laid out gives a vertical line that adds greatly to the bar’s sensation of spaciousness, depth and rhythm.

The bar itself is a great slab (8.25 metres) of white Statuario Venato marble from the Carrara quarries, originally weighing in at around 6 tons. Due to its giant dimensions this was the first thing to be installed, even before the hotel’s façade. On either side are two enormous recesses or caves with white leather seats for guests requiring rather more peace or privacy.

A floor-to-ceiling glass wall divides it from the outdoor terrace, and you can view all terrace activities from inside. This large but simple area is floored with Travertine marble and separated from the road by glass panels bearing the hotel logo. On the other side it has views over the garden. In short, a very pleasant place, ideal for relaxing over a drink after a hard day’s working or touring the city. The chairs selected for the terrace are ‘One’ from German designer Konstantin Grcic for the Italian firm Magis.

Concierto & Cena, un gran evento musical donde el jazz y la cocina se funden para ofrecer sensibilidad en estado puro.

El primer jueves de cada mes, se celebra nuestro “Concierto & Cena” que consiste en un   menú y una actuación en directo.

La cena comienza a las 21 h,  con un sorprendente menú con un entrante, carne o pescado y postre. (Este menú es siempre distinto).

A la hora del café comienza la actuación en directo, que contará con un invitado especial cada noche.
