A quality system is the best way for a company to consolidate its internal organisation and ensure it reaches standards of excellence in all its customer services.
By applying an organised system of work that replaces good intentions with method, we are able to define and then record our systems and organisation. This pinpoints the responsibilities of every individual in carrying out their duties, encourages continuous improvement and consolidates process management.
Because we consider quality to be an integral part of our company management, Hoteles Silken currently engaged in an ambitious quality management project. To date, this has led to our achieving ISO and Q certification in 20 of our 34 hotels. We have also extended our quality project to Hoteles Silken head offices.
